If your AirBeam experiences any manufacturing defects within the first year, we'll troubleshoot the problem with you and repair or replace your AirBeam free of charge if the issue cannot be resolved via technical support. Damage caused by misuse or abuse of the AirBeam, improper charging, or exposure to extreme weather is not covered.

AirBeam Mini connects via Bluetooth and WiFi. It does not have built-in cellular connectivity, but you can use your smartphone's cellular connection to access data remotely when using fixed WiFi sessions.

AirBeam connects to standard 2.4 GHz WiFi networks. It cannot connect to 5GHz-only networks or networks with firewalls (like most public/enterprise WiFi).

Check these common issues: Are Bluetooth and Location Services turned on? Did you agree to all Bluetooth and Location Services requests when prompted. If not, uninstall/reinstall and agree to all permission requests. Is the AirBeam fully charged?

Common causes: Trying to connect to a 5GHz WiFi network or a WiFi network that requires authentication through a web browser; Incorrect WiFi password; AirBeam not fully charged.

If your AirBeam loses power the internal battery will continue operation for 24+ hours. If the battery has run down, simply plug your AirBeam back in and it will resume streaming automatically after 3 minutes. If you lose cellular or WiFi connectivity, simply restore connectivity and your AirBeam will resume streaming.
