Procurement, data, and accuracy — the questions institutions ask first.

The price is the same whether you buy one unit or fifty. As a non-profit, we keep the AirBeam as affordable as we can for classrooms, researchers, and community groups. For a quote, an invoice, or an education purchase, email us and we will take care of the paperwork.

We don't accept POs, because a PO would mean shipping before payment. We do provide quotes, formal invoices, and completed vendor setup forms, and we respond to RFPs. Most institutions process the purchase through their finance team with payment made up front.

Yes. The backend is open source and the app can point at your own server. It takes one IT step, and we have a setup guide.

The AirBeam Mini has been independently evaluated for PM2.5 by South Coast AQMD's AQ-SPEC program. We share the report on request.

Yes, on the AirBeam Mini with current firmware. Set how often it records to match your other instruments. Earlier AirBeam models don't support it.

For classroom sessions you don't need it. The Mini pairs to a phone over Bluetooth and records on board. School wifi only matters for fixed, unattended monitoring, and networks with a login page or captive portal may not connect, so test those first.

Each Mini pairs to one phone at a time. There is no dedicated classroom mode yet, so assign devices to student groups manually.

Single units ship immediately, and we ship both within the US and internationally. For bulk order lead times, email us and we will confirm current timing.

You own and can export your data, and you can self-host to keep it off AirCasting. For IRB and data-governance specifics, get in touch and we will walk through your requirements.
