This site is 0.38 acres in size. Currently the site is vacant and future use of the site will be mixed commercial and residential. Known contaminants at this site are SVOCs in soil. Suspected contaminants at this site are VOCs, SVOCs and PCBs, which are suspected to be impacting soil, groundwater, and soil gas. This BCP application is currently under review and the Department of Environmental Conservation will determine the application's approval and eligibility.
