Mission: KVCAP offers a range of services for men, women, and children. These include family planning; home ownership, repair and weatherization services, heating assistance; transportation; and a teen center (in Waterville).

Next year, the CTC will begin sending students to work in one of the early childhood programs.

Also seeks volunteers to assist with transportation, transportation, parent education, minor renovations to centers, installing playgrounds, indoor creative play, reading to the children, and recruiting and instructing other volunteers.
