The Confluence’s two developed areas will be the main activity sites in the park:

Creek Landing will provide 20 acres for waterfront activities, including canoeing, a boat launch, restaurants, a visitor center, picnic areas, and an event lawn. This site will also be the central point for park entry and will provide car parking.

The Point will provide 50 acres for sport events, event spaces, lawns and educational programming.  There will be a promenade along the water's edge with space for additional restaurants, an open-air market. Floating gardens will be made from old barges. From this site there will be views of the Isle of Meadows.
